As delicious as a traditional king cake is, boudin king cakes take it to another level.
Whats your favorite boudin king cake?
Had on from maybe Cajun Glaze Donuts in New Iberia that was amazing. Was told they use Legnon's boudin.

The one you make at home. Your favorite boudin, your favorite king cake. Cut in half, spread boudin and pepper jelly add top back on and eat.

I dont want the sweet icing on my boudin king cake. The one I ate had pepper jelly with bacon crumble on top.
