It isn't Zummos. That's all I can get here. I have ordered some but the shipping kills me. Zummos is serviceable but not as good as what I have ordered from LA.

Good boudin doesn't have a "brand". It's sold in meat markets or lil joints like billys and nunus.

If on Hwy 190, Kartchners in Krotz Springs. If on I-10, there's one in Scott, Don's maybe? I don't go that way much, but there is one right off the interstate.

Last month we did a "tour" of 10 spots around the Lafayette area, going to Breaux Bridge, St Matinville, Maurice, Scott, and Sunset. Our taste test showed that the Don's Specialty Meats in Sunset/Carencro was the best.

Go to Scott and get some Best Stop or Billy's. They're 1a and 1b in my book. Don's is shite.
