Listen. We did the restaurant in the palace casino that does a full menu and it was the best breakfast I’ve ever had. Reviews were great and we couldn’t agree more. I got the 1lb breakfast burrito. It was unbelievable

Try Le Cafe' Beignet just past the Katrina memorial. Great breakfast served in the former Biloxi library. Service can be a little slow, but tolerable if you order a mimosa or two first!
