Looking to step up from the trash Cuisinart cold brew maker and Keurig.
Looking at Breville. Anyone have one? What model? Worth the price?

Chemex. Keep it simple

Get a Toddy cold brew system for cold brew or something similar that allows the grounds to soak for at least 12 hours before extraction.
If you want regular drip, anything should be fine. The beans usually determine how good the coffee is when it comes to drip. You can find machines that have a number of different features like a milk brother, bean grinder, etc.
I do espresso and make lattes cappuccinos so I got a Breville Barista Express. If I had to do drip everyday I would probably get a Chemex.
