Wondering who has the best takeout boiled crawfish in town?

Disagree. Had some last week and was not impressed.

had some from crawfish on the geaux and they weren't bad but some were mushy and it was pretty expensive. perfectly seasoned though

I actually bought country corner and crawfish on the Geaux at same time. Crawfish in the Geaux were way better but you’re gonna get some mushy this time of year. The crawfish are molting and are tender.
If I have time, I’m getting them from Montalbano’s all day.

Hot Tails in Prarieville and you can get them at the drive thru. I know they have them Thursday Friday and saturdays starting at 5. You won’t be disappointed.

I got Crawfish on the Geaux (corner of Perkins and Acadian) last week and they were good. Seasoned well, a little on the small side, but it seems everyone is right now.

We got some from Crawfish on the Geaux last night a the comments here are spot on. Very good seasoning, on the small side and the occasional mushy one. But I’d go there again in a pinch.

Hot Tails is the best.
Sammy's on Highland has been decent.
Not impressed with Willie's.
Duckroost in Gonzales.

Who had the set-up on the corner of Bluebonnet and Nicholson last spring? They were fantastic, but I can't remember the name. They're not there right now.

Had some from LA Boilers the other day - they were small but seasoned well

Hot Tails, Louisiana Cajun Seafood (Coursey), Montalbano's, and Crawfish on the Geaux are all solid choices.
Wouldn't recommend Willie's or Sammy's. I like both places, just not their boiled crawfish.

I’ve had Lakeside twice now this year. They’re so damn good. Have to plan your timing, but so good.

I can’t remember the name but we loved their crawfish. They were some of the highest prices in town but they were excellent. I figured they couldn’t be on the property anymore with the school beginning construction? Wish I knew where they moved to, I assume they are gonna be open somewhere.
Edit: was it Who Ya Crawdaddy?
