Winn Dixie sells an 8 count pack of 1/4 lb pre-made angus beef non-frozen burger patties. They are really good. I can't say that I've ever had a frozen patty that I'd want again.

Most stores do. There's a local place here that I will usually buy my meats from, and their burgers are Angus beef as well. But if I'm making more than for my family, I just use the big 4-5 lb packs of ground beef from Sam's. I use a cheap plastic burger press and I can make about 15-20 patties from that in about 5 minutes. I never mix anything into them. They freeze well too, just put some wax paper between each one and toss them in a Ziploc and I can pull out 4 burgers at any time to grill.

If you're near Baton Rouge, get a case of frozen patties at Tramonte's. I've cooked 'em to rave reviews.

Too much Worcestershire.
