I like albasha.. I get the chicken platter that's loaded w/ chicken, hummus, pita bread, steamed rice, and a salad.. most of the items on their menu fall under the healthy category

Is that the broiled chicken breast? I get that every time I go.

I would assume that one of the Pho places would be relatively healthy.. Although I have no idea is pho is full of salt or not..

Other than that and a sandwich place it depends on your diet..

Ate lunch there today

Lots of healthy wraps, salads, and sandwiches

Seems like there's usually some talent in there too

You can do healthy at izzos, especially since all the produce is very fresh and locally purchased.

But then there's always whole foods

Jason's Deli has a lot of healthy foods, but they also have a lot of food that is very unhealthy. Everything on their menu and all ingredients are 0 trans fat.

BR needs a Panera....anyone wanting to make some bank check into opening one of these - i think it would do very well. Recently moved to Mobile and ive been there 2 times in the past 5 days. Imagine a bakery with fresh bread, pastries, breakfast, sandwiches, salads, and 5 rotating soups a day, plus wi-fi. $$$$
