Recently got 5 wings and red beans and rice from Blue Store Chicken for $9.99, real good deal for the quality.

A good meal for <$10 is harder to come by these days, but what picks y'all have?

When I was living in Baton Rouge...Zeeland Street Market was one of my favorite places for a sandwich under 10 dollars...I'm sure it's a little more expensive theses days...thanks Brandon!

Almost the entire menu at Bellue's is under $10.

Nine Dragon on Burbank does lunch combos that come with a ton of food for $8 or so.

They still have a few sandwiches under $10 IIRC.

Honestly, my favorite hot dog is Sam's right now. I got a hot dog, pizza and drink for like $4.

Also if you count a split pizza. Schlitz n Giggles is very affordable split between 3 people and it will definitely fill all 3 up!

this was the first thing that came to mind.

I use to wreck that place and it was amazing.

Good call. If we split a small at Red Zep, it is just the right amount for us and like $6/person. With a medium, we have a couple slices leftover and still $8.75/person.

Lit Pizza is still under $10 with unlimited toppings, I believe? Their pizza is very good, IMO.

These aren't every day, but:

Phil's $0.50 oysters and $2 draft beer on Mondays is a solid deal. You can have 2 dozen oysters and 2 Ghost in the Machines for $10 before tax/tip.

Curbside does 4 mix and match burger/chicken sandwich combos, all with fries or tots, for $30 on Mondays. Merchant does half off burgers on Tuesdays.

They catered my NYE party Compared to elsewhere, pretty cheap. Less than $10/head with 7 items to choose from.

A whole pizza is 18 bucks at Whole Foods and they cut into 6 slices, so two slices and a drink should come in under 10 bucks.

That's the General Tso's chicken.

If you go here to their order online page, you can see all of the lunch specials which are a really good deal.

That almost looked like the sesame chicken from the old golden buddha restaurant in Gonzales. That was the best chicken, I miss that place.

If you looking for pizza. Johnny's personal size sweep the kitchen is $8 and change.
