Any upscale cocktail bar can make one. I'd say Hayride Scandal which is where I would go if I wanted a craft cocktail.

If anyone in New Orleans is looking.
1. Best - Manolito
2. Best variety but you watch your butt - Napoleon's Itch
I had a hard time finding good ones. These are by far the best two.

Agree with your assessment, however Napoleon's Itch permanently closed. My wife was sad. Best mojitos and cleanest ladies room on Bourbon.
Manolito is king now. Some ham croquettes, a Cubano sandwich, and a cold mojito outdoors in the courtyard is a good time.
