The only real pizza is the everything at Alesi's. That means anchovies too if you're a real man.

I'm not a huge fan of the Deano's and Pizza village cracker crust. I'd rather a big greasy slice over that.
Romacelli's (formerly cafe Roma) makes probably some of my favorite pizza. I honestly want to try Ruffino's.
Pizzeria Venti also has some good pizza I find.
But the majority of your answers on here will be the 2 cracker crusts.
