Try "El Rancho" on Hwy 16 and Magnolia Bridge Rd.

it's pretty slim pickins in DS for decent restaurants

I work in DS, and I will tell you that there is nothing worth eating here. However, if you INSIST on eating in Denham, I'd recommend Cocodrie's or La Shish. I would rate them as "ok", but not "good".
