My preference is Domilise’s Shrimp, or Johnny’s Roast Beef…

Andouille Sausage Poboy at Mark Twain Pizza ranks pretty high on my list, but Bear's Roast Beef is damn hard to beat.

I’m a sucker for a hot sausage. Most places do a passable one. Mahoney’s has great poboys but not traditional. Parkway has their own mix and traditional. R&Os is venerable and love the Italian seeded bread. There is no one “best” to me

Bevi Seafood used to have some great ones. Not sure if it's the best, but my current favorite is the Anthony Bourdain Special (fried shrimp w/ Swiss & rb gravy) at Domilise's.

Can we all agree Parkway's roast beef is just mediocre?

Their Shrimp Poboy is slamming. Mandina's shrimp Poboy is great as well.

For sure. Been like that for a long time that people note that on this board and other places.

Just season the stuff parkway. It shouldnt be that bland.

I personally think Parkway overall is mediocre. Other than the shrimp nothing really stands out
