My homemade smoked sausage. Hands down

If I didn’t have that I’d probably go with Bergeron’s

That glorified hot dog meat from manda ain’t worth a shite. Richards or Savoie’s is okay in a pinch I guess

For me it’s the cheap mass produced stuff you wouldn’t use for many other reasons like hillshire, mandas etc. whatever is on sale.

I've always put in Conecuh but Kartchners makes a XXX spicy sausage that is awesome in a boil.

Don't laugh but the Earl Campbell stuff is legit in a boil.

for a crawfish boil I kind of agree.
You can use bourgeois or rabideauxs or something quality, but the smoke flavor of the sausage will overwhelm the crawfish boil flavor

I've tried the hot links but they weren't as good as the sausage I found

Johnsonville is the official sausage of the SEC. I like their Brats. Has anyone on here put Brats in a Crawfish Boil? I bet they would be good.
