What are some of the best with the widest range of types of seafood. Prefably king crab legs, frog legs, boiled shrimp, etc. Things that are common and non common price is not an option. Can be in any surrounding area of new orleans also.

I used to go to Zydecos but was wondering if there was something other than Zdecos for a special occasion in September. I went to Boomtown Casino years ago but thought there may be something else that would be off the wall awesome.

Not trying to be rude, but the worlds special occasion and buffet don't go together. LOL
The only other place I can think of that might have a decent amount of seafood on a buffet might be Louisiana Purchase Kitchen in Metairie

House of Seafood in Bush. Bit of a drive but if you want a seafood buffet its worth it.

I haven't been there in 10 years but they used to serve fried oysters and softshell crabs. Also boiled seafood and different styles of fish.

The House of Seafood is outstanding. We used to live in Slidell and would go there ever so often. More options than you can eat in one night. He will serve close to 2000 people on a Friday night during lent.

Those poor sinners, repenting with such a penance as not eating meat on Fridays...
