IMO what Best Stop is doing will make them a fortune but the quality and value will go down from what us within 10 minutes of the original store have come to expect. Texans know BBQ and Mexican and I like whataburger but they can’t even pronounce andouille. And they don’t understand t the rule “stay right unless to pass” while driving.
