Pulled pork, sausage links, beans, coleslaw, texas toast

Pulled pork in a skillet works well for me, sausage links maybe in the oven.
Or dare I suggest the dreaded SV for the pulled pork.

I’m all for talking about food, but at some point, you just have to be an adult and make your own decisions.

Beef BBQ tastes great out of the microwave. Can’t say the same for pork and chicken.

Vacuum seal it and sous vide at 140. Works great for brisket, ribs (remove the bones first), and pulled pork. I find that chicken is fine in the microwave.

Why not put it back on the pit?

I swear, I really think some people on this site would have trouble pouring piss out of a boot if the instructions were written on the bottom of the sole.

Vac seal and then in a boiling water bath or sous vide. Keeps the juices.

For the meat I find it's best to steam it. It's real easy to do if you have a rice cooker.

Low oven wrapped in foil in its own juices

I vac bag my pulled pork and heat it in a pot of boiling water. Well, I put the bag in cold water, turn the pot on until it just boils and then cut the heat and let it sit. Works wonders, almost as good as the first time.
Texas toast... toaster oven
Why are you heating coleslaw?
