Hooters sauce is expensive. Moores has a teriyaki, a creamy ranch, honey bbq, blue cheese buffalo, and an original buffalo. Recently saw sweet baby rays is making a buffalo sauce? What are you using for you wings?

Just mix/heat some crystal, butter and worscteshire if you want buffalo sauce.

I have Moore's and some Walmart brand Carribean jerk. Love them both. Following thread because I could use some new ideas.

1 cup Butter, 6oz Tabasco and 6oz Crystal Hot Sauce. Melt butter, add hot sauce and then add 1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum and use a stick blender to mix. Use garlic tabasco if you want a spicy garlic sauce.

Franks makes an actual buffalo wing sauce now, so you don’t even have to buy the Red Hot and mix with butter. It tastes as good as anywhere.
Just make sure to get the original and not the hot. The hot doesn’t have a very buffalo flavor.

I like to just mix hooters and Moore's buffalo half and half.

Franks is the quintessential buffalo sauce.

I skip the wash your sister, but do crystal and butter then garlic powder and other hot sauces until I get the flavor I want.
As for premade, Whataburger ain't bad if you can find it. It's on Amazon I think too. BWW spicy garlic is the shite too.

Tried Moore’s recently and really enjoyed it.
Also tried Frank’s Stinging Honey Garlic and enjoyed it.
But then I added them both together...

Tiger Sauce is great.
Not a true ‘buffalo sauce’ per se, but has a good sweet heat

Grab hot sauce
Grab butter
Simmer/melt in pot and stir together
More hot sauce than butter = hotter buff sauce
Less hot sauce than butter = milder buff sauce

I always do Franks Hot Sauce, butter and then toss in either some minced garlic or garlic powder and some lemon-pepper too. I really like that combo.
