I bought some snow crab from rouses, and the guy behind the counter told me to boil them 15-20 mins. That seems kind of long for pre steamed crab??? What do y'all suggest??

Understand that the crab is already cooked and all you're trying to do is to heat it up. I never boil snow crab legs and opt for steaming instead. As soon as they're warmed to your liking, they're done. Again, you're not cooking them, you're warming them only.
Alton Brown has a method of wrapping them in wet paper towels and then microwaving them. I'm sure someone will chime in about that method.
Also, the time depends if they're frozen or thawed.
I always keep a few racks of snow crab in my freezer for a quick meal. Get the steamer going and add some corn on the cob or artichoke (yes, you will need to cook the vegetables)

5 minutes max. Make sure you season the water and check the shell for nice solid cracking.
If it's bendy/mushy, its not ready.

If you put it in at a rolling boil 4 minutes is the most I would probably go. Would think 2-3 would suffice. I've always used a steam basket for mine, normally around 6 minutes for that.

Don't boil! Steam.
If you don't have a steamer basket, no worries.
Get a big soup pot. Crumple foil into several baseball sized balls and put into bottom of the pot. Add water till it's almost to the top of the foil balls, but not over the top. Add garlic, lemon, a beer.
Put crabs into pot and cover. Bring to a boil and let boil for about 7-9 minutes.

I steam it until I see steam then kill the fire. It is cooked. You just have to warm it. Alton Brown has a segment on reheating in the microwave, but it sucks.

That is how I do them.

Same here, I brush with olive oil and sprinkle with old Bay. Doesn't take long on the grill to heat through.
