How do you do yours? Fried in skillet in oil? Breaded with flour? Breaded with bread crumbs? In the oven?

Flour in a skillet is how I was raised. Then you make a white gravy with the gratin.

Remove from package. Season with salt, black pepper. Dredge in seasoned flour, Fry medium high heat in skillet with 1/16 to 1/8 inch oil. Turn when first side browns, turn over and cook other side.
Exactly the way granny did it, and she knew exactly how to cook a porkchop.
Thickness is what you got, thin sliced for breakfast. thicker for lunch or supper.
Always bone in chops.

Shake and bake if oven. I like to wet with barbecue sauce then hit the shake and bake. Skillet if flour or panko. All are good.

Thin chops tenderized with a meat mallet. Make a liquid dredge with egg, sour cream and Dijon mustard and then coat in Italian Bread Crumbs.
Fry in a pan of oil until golden brown, remove to a rack to drain and then eat.

Pound pork chops thin
Season the meat, then dredge in seasoned flour
Run through egg wash
Dredge through panko
Fry in 1/4 inch of peanut oil till golden brown on both sides.
Just did this Monday. It’s always a winner with my family.
