Going there tomorrow night for the first time. Any menu items that are a must try? Thanks in advance.

The double bone in pork chop is awesome.

I got the Teche Wellington last visit and the Mrs. got the grilled pork chop. One bite of her meal and I knew I ordered the wrong menu item
The TW was good, but the GPC was amazing. I even flagged down the owner to inquire how it was cooked.... very high-quality pork loin, 24-hour brine, 6 hr. sous vide, then grilled to perfection.

Dinner was fantastic. Got a cup of the seafood gumbo (wish I had gotten the bowl), wife got a salad, split the Breaux bread with marinara (so good), she got the filet and I got the pork chop.
Pork chop lived up to expectations. It was like cutting through butter...very tender and flavorful. Loved the atmosphere. Service was perfect (attentive but didn't rush us).

Was the 2 man band playing smoooth jazz …. Very relaxing and love the atmosphere. You are 100% spot on, the pork chop cuts like butter
It’s definitely worth the trip from Lafayette and very good groceries
We ate at Not Your Mama’s in Livonia last night, another great place for awesome food

There was live music, but not smooth jazz. Very festive atmosphere.
