Include brand name and type of vermouth, exact amounts of olive juice, vodka, etc

Thanks in advance.

I prefer a gin martini. If you want vodka, do this:

Beluga Vodka
Dolin Dry Vermouth (don’t use sweet in a martini)
Orange bitters
Olive brine

Pour 2¼ oz. vodka, 2 dashes orange bitters, 1/4 Oz (or less) olive brine, and ¾ oz. vermouth into a cocktail shaker.
Fill the shaker with ice and seal. Shake hard for 20 seconds. Yeah, you’re shaking this one. Trust me. Strain into a Martini glass.

I think the only appropriate garnish is three olives on a pick.

You can’t have that user name and ask that question.

Also, Google is your friend. You can’t frick up a dirty martini.

The wife does not like vermouth so I don’t use it I, don’t really care for it either. Boscollie martini mix is what I have found to like best. A little over 3/4oz mix 4.5oz vodka. Shake over crushed ice. Vodka is not that important IMO I used to use Kirkland's now I use Wheatley.

This sounds like a good ratio.

I been doing 3 parts vodka
1 part olive juice
1 muddled olive
1/4 part vermouth

It’s good but not quite like the one at Ruth Chris that I love so much

Yes, but there’s no such thing as a vodka martini.

what he said
a “vodka martini” is no more a martini than is an “appletini” or other such nonsense. I’m not saying it’s not a good cocktail but it’s not a martini

My daughter, that is way to young to make a dirty martini, decided to make me one night after I had plenty to drink. It was about 80% olive juice. I would say that you CAN frick up a dirty martini...

So the drink
“Dirty VODKA martini” doesn’t exist?

I’m aware an original dirty martini is made with gin

There can only be one, right?
