Hopefully it's not 41 of the whole canned chickens

I didn't even know those were a thing until a few years ago and saw a disgusting video of someone sliding one out of the can. It emotionally scarred me

I accidentally bought a jar of Duke's mayonnaise giving me 2 big jars of Duke's so I decided to make chicken salad...here is what I came up with:

4 poached chicken breasts (2 LBS)
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 large lemon, juiced
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
2 stalks celery
1/4 cup parsley
3 green onions
2 tbsp chicken bouillon
1 Tbsp seasoning salt
1/2 Tbsp pepper
1/2 Tbsp garlic powder

Mix all together well.

Tips
Consider putting ranch dressing powder, boiled eggs, and slivered almonds.

Also consider finely dicing some good pickles and adding those. It works great for chicken/tuna/potato salad.

Leave the pickles out of tuna salad. All tuna melts are served with a pickle spear as the Lord our God intended.

Here's my recipe.

4 cups diced chicken breast (diced is texturally better than shredded). Use a cheap Rotisserie chicken if you want but I'll use grilled chicken breast or thighs.

1 stalk celery diced

1 bunch or a little less of green onion

1/2 tblsp of dried tarragon and 1/2 tblsp of dried dill

1 tblsp dried parsley

1 cup mayo

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tblsp Dijon mustard

Black pepper to taste

1 cup plus a little more of diced red apple.

I love this recipe.

Mayo, lemon juice, celery salt, paprika and a little Dijon. I'm not a fan of crunchy stuff in my chicken salad but I do add some grated onion. That's all I use normally.

B&J's chicken salad in Hammond is the best I've ever had, but they won't give me the recipe!

Potato Salad! Not Chicken Salad!

When making chicken or tuna salad, under no circumstances should fruit or nuts be used (i.e. cranberries, mandarins, walnuts).

Also, pickles or relish are fine, but only the sweet variety is allowed in the salad itself. If you want dill, put it on the side as per the previous post.

Are these really that different from these?

You can make pizza crust for a carb free pizza. I’ve done it. Premade about 2 or 3 10” and freeze them.

I like mayo + chicken + grapes + walnuts. sometimes I also add shredded cheese.

when I want savory, I do a mixture of mayo buffalo sauce and blue cheese.
