Has anyone ever had or made a chocolate doukissa cake? I had it recently at Zorbas one night and it was incredible. It is a no bake cake that is between a fudge and brownie batter and has chunks of cookie in it to give it a nice crunch. I want to try making it but when I search for recipes I find such different variations. Some have raw eggs, others don't, some use hot cocoa powder and some just use regular cocoa powder. This seems to be similar to a British recipe known as a biscuit cake and the "biscuits" are the cookies, they call them biscuits in England. I got some shortbread girlscout cookies and those seem to be the same type of cookie I had in the cake. Hoping I can find someone who knows something about this recipe to steer me in the right direction.

I thought about that next time we go but I don't know how they are about sharing recipes and don't want to look a fool if he turns me down.
