Got a chance to attend the soft opening of this new eatery that's nestled in downtown Thibodaux last Saturday and it's exceptional. First day open to the general public will be 2/25/16. I had the ribeye with brabant potatoes and roasted brussel sprouts and wife had their take on New Orleans bbq shrimp served with sweet potato cornbread. As appetizers we sampled the fried chicken livers and fried oysters with a touch of buffalo sauce. For dessert, the blackberry cobbler ala mode was really great; it came with a side of vanilla ice cream. It really is a nice change of pace compared to Flanagans and Fremins.
