Dark roast. Whole beans. When the kettle starts whistling, turn the fire off and only then do we hit the go button on the burr grinder while the water's coming back down a bit before it all goes in the French press.

Their decaf is the best. As a decaf drinker, it's hard to find some that actually has a deep coffee flavor. They manage to pull it off.

I can't taste a difference in the various blends of the golden bags. But I'll grab those if they're on sale.
I find that the flavors smell great and taste like ditch water.

dark roast all the way. I do occasional enjoy the pecan flavored one.
