I’m going to make the Cajun Ninja’s Seafood Lasagna for lunch tomorrow. I’d like to get it out of the way tonight and just reheat at my parents tomorrow.

I thought about doing everything up to the baking step tonight but some of the seafood cooks while it’s baking. I’m a little worried that if I layered it all and put it in the fridge, it might spoil.

Would it taste alright if I baked it all the way tonight and then reheated tomorrow?

I think it will be fine if you put it together tonight and bake tomorrow. It will be a much better dish if not reheated, in my opinion. When I make seafood stuffed eggplant, I put the shrimp in raw so it doesn't overcook when baking the eggplant. I've never had a problem. I freeze it uncooked as well.

I appreciate that. It just dawned on me at the last minute that I may be making a mistake

I’m going to roll with it
