Crawfish in Gulf Coast, Alabama?

My wife and I will be traveling down to this area the middle of May and staying in Foley, AL. She wants some crawfish. I am allergic to shellfish. My deal is she eats my crawfish and I drink her beer.
Will there be crawfish available at this time and where is the best place to get some at?

Is she looking for full pinch the tail/suck the head crawfish like in a crawfish boil, or just crawfish in general? Crawfish boil type places may be harder to track down, but several places in and around Baldwin County have crawfish tails/crawfish etouffee
Boudreaux's Cajun Grill in Daphne; Cafe Acadiana on Hwy 104 in Silverhill.
Ralph & Kacoo's, Felix's Fish Camp, and R&R Seafood on the Causeway.

We have several restaurants that do all you can eat crawfish on Saturdays or Sundays such as Tacky Jacks in Gulf Shores and Snappers in Orange Beach. Plenty of seafood shops have boiled crawfish like Billy’s to take home. Rouses does it also.

Rouses in Gulf Shores had them a couple weeks ago when we went. We got a couple pounds of crawfish and shrimp. They hit the spot.
