I like the Reser's brand potato salads. They have several flavors/blends but I always get the mustard one.

We get a 5 pound container at Sam’s; Member’s Mark brand. It is similar to what my wife makes and it’s about $6 (was $5 for years).

The southern style at Publix is ok, too sweet for my taste and I like a little dill, but not bad.

Similar at Costco, you can't really make it for cheaper than they sell it, and it's very good on its own, or you can doctor it up.

B&J Seafood in Hammond makes the BEST potato salad I've ever had. They refuse to give me their recipe. Damnit!

This is crazy that I'm actually saying this, but my cousin brought some to family dinner last week and originally claimed that she made it herself because it was pretty dang good. She finally spilled the beans that it came from Sam's. Some of the best if not the best that I have ever had from a store.

Rouses is the best I've tried . I'd rather homemade because everyone puts way too much in it nowadays. I don't like 25 ingredients in my potato salad. Can't count em on one hand- too much
