It's smart marketing by McDonald's. Went and picked up kids meals earlier and saw it. They sell you the separate items and then you build it yourself

The only hack is a hot & spicy and a mcdouble. On each one, the bottom buns are dry AF. Trash those and smash the rest together.

My hack is simply sausage muff , no egg, no fave cheese , put a hash brown in that sandwich , but what makes it is ... a full packet of their hot picante sauce ... thank me later
