Didn’t realize Costco sells seaweed salad

$9 and delicious.
Has a shelf life until April.
Now that I bought this, I’m going to swing by the Hong Kong market to look for some squid salad and bourbon tomorrow.

They use to sell smaller containers of it and had it near where they place the guacamole and other dips in the refrigerated cases.
I like this size better, and it is a very refreshing tasting salad. The only thing I don't like about it is how it sometimes gets caught between the teeth since it is a firm texture and had a bit of chew to it.
They keep it in the produce cooler section in the N.O. store and lately it's been on the right side by the entrance door as you walk into the cooler.

I've never seen it in the bag like that, but I've seen it several times in a plastic container in the chilled ready-to-eat section.

That’s where I found it today. First time I made eye contact with it. I’ll put it in my rotation with the Costco meatloaf I get once a month.

Yep that's my complaint is that it's really sweet and once opened 'should be consumed within a week'. That's a whole lot of seaweed to be eating in a week.

Exactly my thoughts: it is entirely too large a package, and too sweet.
