You're dogging ketchup, but admit to eating mayo?

I eat both, btw, but you can't take the high road on any condiment if you eat mayo. It's the trashiest one of all.

Mine has been in the pantry, open, for a long time (at least a year). Cold ketchup is gross. It's fine.

Have never refrigerated our ketchup. Ever.

50+ years old and never died from unrefrigerated ketchup.
