Does Sonic sell their ice?

I read in a food blog that you can buy Sonic Ice at Sonic. Has anyone ever done this?

That ice is delicious...So far from this board I've got,,,,

the cane's sauce recipe
calvin's chicken salad recipe
the canned gravy brand that chime's serves with their cheese fries
original recipe for Coca Cola
and johnny's pizza secret formula


Now, if I can only get that ice recipe.

I grew up on that ice. My godmother's husband was a shrimper so they had that ice maker for fish,shirmp,whatnot

Yep :) I used to work there and we'd sell tons every night.

ETA: The restaurant I work at has the same ice.

it's that pebble style ice that crunches really well. The kind you get at a fish store or whole foods when you buy meat, etc

We get customers come in and tell us our food is better and they get customers that do the same.

i'm sure. i've actually never eaten at either location but really wanted to when i was home. will try to make it when i'm back this summer
