I make it from a recipe online. Is the sauce they bottle a good option? Thanks

Yes it's good. Love using it to broil shrimp and also dipping lobster and crab legs in it.

The original sauce was an industrial purchase like from a Sysco. After it’s popularity, Drago’s ripped it to make it in-house at his commissary. Look for industrial butter garlic sauce if you have an account with one of these companies. If not, use margarine as your butter option of making it yourself.

I used to work at the place that made it.

The trick is getting the grill hot enough for it to flame up.
