Thinking about eating there tomorrow before the Saints game...

what is the dress code during lunch hours? Jeans and a polo (with or without a hat) OK? Or is it more formal?

Nobody there will care if you wear whatever you're wearing to the game. I'd imagine most of the clientele then will be going.

I would ordinarily not wear jeans to Herbsaint. I would definitely not wear a polo shirt there ordinarily. However, Saints game days are exceptions everywhere. You won't have any problems. But lose the hat when you're in there. We need to have some standards.

Have a good time.

Even something as classy as that, should be removed by a man while dining.
