Dumb question about cooking a frozen casserole

I made a casserole and heeding advice, made 2 and froze one.
Now I don't know how to cook it.
Just put it frozen in the oven I am guessing, but since it doesn't have instructions, how do you know when its done.
I know it is a stupid question so arseholes can keep their smug comments to themselves.

If this is in a corningware/pyrex type dish, STOP, no direct into oven unless you want to be cleaning glass parts later. Thoroughly defrost it in the nuke box first, then into the oven and cook per usual technique.

Then approach as a commercial frozen product, set oven 350-375, cover the top with foil to induce the accumulation of steam, this will in turn defrost the interior as the bottom heats from the element. At about 45-60 minutes remove, and watch, when it is bubbly around the edges you're good to go. ETA: PS, how was the Greek?

Since it was already cooked through, there's no need to 'cook' it any longer. You just want it heated through. Not sure what the topping is, but you can recrisp it up as well.
I'd put it in the fridge til it completely defrosts. Then in the oven on 400 til the insides are hot. Just slice into it and check.
