Grilled artichoke hearts with horseradish sauce

Get a bag of frozen artichoke hearts. Thaw and toss in Montreal steak seasoning, olive oil and a squeeze of lemon. Throw them on the grill until cooked and a little charred on the edges. Serve with sauce made with mayo, horseradish, a shot of worcestershire, lemon juice, salt, and pepper

Whip the cream cheese, fold in some pan sausage and shredded sharp cheddar, place in pepper, wrap in bacon, and grill.

I second jalapeno poppers.

Though we make them using browned ground sausage (Jimmy Dean's Maple or Sage) mixed in with the cream cheese instead of bacon.

Chargrilled oysters are probably my favorite grill app.

To the OP, are you tailgating/picnicking or at home?

Great suggestions on here thanks guys! Just got a few people coming over Sunday always interested in trying different and interesting things on the grill. More interesting normally leads to longer cook/prep which leads to more beers I get to drink!

I love to do rumaki.

Take a pack of bacon and cut it in half. Lay them down on your work surface. Place a water chestnut in the middle of each one, top with a piece of chicken liver, bring up both ends of the bacon so they overlap slightly and plunge a toothpick down through it. These can be marinated in soy sauce, honey, or whatever you'd like. So tasty.

I've made them with those little smokey cocktail sausages... they are great. But my favorite way to make them is to stuff them with pulled pork.
