What is your favorite side to make with your steak? I have some beautiful ribeye's and twice baked potatoes that I'm cooking tonight and I can't decide on another side.

I like a big cut of either a ribeye or filet with a ceasar salad. My focus is putting down a shite ton of red meat.

Sauteed mushrooms. I see creamed spinach already mentioned and that's an excellent option.

Maybe broccoli with a cheese sauce???

Roasted asparagus. Olive oil, kosher salt, and pepper. Throw it in the oven until fork tender. Simple and delicious.

A good Bleu cheese wedge is a fine start to a steak and twice baked tater.

Agreed. Something about the creamy umami from the caesar pairs well with the steak. I like this along with some asparagus. That's my usual steak pairings

Love doing a good mushroom risotto with some oysters or shitakes. It’s a little work, but it’s different than the traditional stuff.

Not the classiest option but Mac n cheese goes great with a steak IMO.

Roasted brussel sprouts. Halve or quarter depending on size. Toss with olive oil, salt and pepper. Once crispy, toss in a sweet and spicy type sauce.

Nothing wrong with "steak frites." My choices are asparagus, sautéed mushrooms, some sort of potatoes, and a wedge salad.

I love to hand cut fries and fry them up with a steak.
