Went to Houston last week for a meeting. My wife came along and we made a three day trip out of it. I made reservations a week in advance. The food was absolutely delicious. The wait staff was on point also.
Starters were tuna poke, which was really fresh and lobster bisque, which was insanely delicious!

Main courses were Chilean Sea bass with lump blue crab on top. I had the filet with a poached lobster tail, which was tender and sweet! We shared a side of oven baked lobster chipotle Mac and cheese. I will making this a home soon!

Atmosphere was great. We also had crème brûlée for dessert. Which like the rest of the meal was absolutely delicious. I recommend this restaurant to anybody if you’re on the west side of Houston. Make reservations!

I like most flemings outside of baton rouge. I have been let down to many times by the baton rouge location.

the Flemings near Kirby on West Alabama is damn good. My only issue is they remodeled a few years ago and took it from dark steakhouse look to more modern. Didn't need to do that
