Vacuum seal and freeze it
when you want to eat it again, take it out, let it thaw, reheat

freezing rice usually doesn't come out very good. but, if you do it, make sure to put it in a ziplock before you reheat in the micro

If it’s vacuum sealed, either sous vide or set something in the bottom of a pot to keep it off the bottom, and heat it on low in water on the stove.

I’ve never had any that tasted good after being frozen but I don’t like most food after frozen

It’s edible but Pastalaya freezes much better.

I agree. I dont even like boudin that's been frozen.
For jambalaya the best way is to heat in a Ziploc or Vacuum Bag in a pit of water.
