Been using Montreal steak seasoning, and me and my family like it a lot. I always grill asparagus with steak and I season the asparagus with the steak seasoning as well.. delicious.
Grabbed a steak rub from my parents a while back that had all the normal spices plus molasses. it was like a locally made rub called something like Rick's Backyard rub or something.. Best rub I've ever used on steak, and I've used it all up.
I will need to be able to order it online of course. I've never made my own, just seems sort of a pain if I can get something good that's premade.

I've always just used salt and pepper. On a good steak, you don't need anything else.

What he said. Salt, pepper and some olive oil if I feel like it.

Plowboys Bovine Bold.
If you wanna get crazy, coat it lightly in Bovine Bold and then put a top coat of Cattleman Ranch's California Tri-Tip.
ETA: that being said, I agree with the above poster. Little bit of salt and fresh cracked pepper is all a good steak needs. A good steak should be able to speak for itself.
