Grilled Lamb Chops

Rub them with some olive oil, hit them with a good squeeze of lemon or lime, then season with salt, pepper, and rosemary or, cheat and use Cavendar's Greek Seasoning. Grill med rare to rare. Whatever you do, don't overcook them.
