What’s your go to seasoning for grilled pork chops?
Store bought/premixed or make your own? I’m trying to avoid really anything really spicy cause the wife and daughters don’t like it.

Mix together:

7 parts Tony’s
2 parts Cavender’s Greek Seasoning
1 part garlic powder

Works fine on pork , chicken and burgers

Pork is a blank canvas. You can have it so many ways. For a quick grilled pork chop at my house, Montreal steak seasoning and baste with Jack Miller's sauce.

Created this after researching Longhorns Steak Seasoning (Prairie Dust)

I call it grill dust:

1c salt
¼ c black pepper
3T paprika
2T onion powder
2T garlic powder
1T smoked paprika
1T ground coriander
1T turmeric
1t cayenne pepper

Eta: cut the cayenne in half to reduce the heat.

My go-to is:

Slap Ya Mama
Black Pepper
Garlic Powder
A few shots of Soy Sauce
A few shots of Worcestershire Sauce

Make sure all the meat is evenly coated and refrigerate for a few hours before grilling.

I found that Slap yo Mama has way more salt in it than needed (13% daily requirement). Then again, I've cut the salt in my dry rubs close to half the last couple of years.

I love Paul Prudhomme’s pork and veal seasoning as previously mentioned. I keep multiple bottles on hand for pork prepared any way.

Dry brine with Kosher salt. Then lightly sprinkle with Cavender’s Greek Seasoning.
