You ever grind up ham and turkey together to make patties and then put pepper jelly on them?

My mom's ham is the bomb but if I had to choose,it would be my FIL's fried turkey. I look forward to that every year.

Yes sir. I can eat ham multiple times a week and in many different forms. Baked, smoked, red beans, white, on a sammich. So versatile

I only want turkey on thanksgiving, and unless it’s me are my wife’s step dad frying it, I never walk away from thanksgiving blown away by the turkey.

Now, spiral sliced ham is garbage. Give me the whole uncut smoked ham with the skin still on it

I’ve had very bad turkeys and very good ones. My mom made a great one because it was drenched in butter and never dry. I miss my mom and her turkey

Glazed brown sugar/maple syrup crusted ham is the clear winner. Oh, man. with stuffing and egg gravy....pecan pie later. Awesome.

Funny I cook stuffing(or mashed taters) quite a bit through out the year. The rare ham makes a difference.

Ham is more consistent. I have had perfectly cooked turkey that whoops ham, but it's very rare.
