You mean like the iced tea they serve in Lebanese restaurants? I think they just add a bit rose water and pine nuts to regular tea. At least I've done that and replicated pretty much exactly what I've had at those places.

It is just iced tea with rose water and pine nuts. Nothing special.

several restaurants make it with Lipton powdered tea mix, add rose water, and pine nuts

They also mix in lemonade.
