The one on Siegen is selling them for 2.50 a pound. Their has to be a catch for them selling them 39 cents below market.

Hope they're not from northern Japan.

What? Too soon?

Are they selling them inside or outside the store?

Not sure... I'm doing a boil on Friday and I had to reserve them through the Meat department but I would assume they are sold from a trailer setup outside.

Live crawfish are still at $2.89/lb. in BR? They should have started coming down after the weekend...

I had to drive through Raceland earlier and I saw $1.79/lb. for small/medium and $2.29/lb. medium/large.

That's the price I got quoted Tuesday by Tony's, Heads and Tails, and Folses Seafood, among others.

Where did they move to? I saw they closed the shop on Burnside in Gonzales?

Was this on the side of the road or is there a seafood place that sells the crawfish? It might be worth the drive to get them that cheap if you are having a big boil.

They may not be losing money but theyre not making much. HEB in Houston was doing the same thing, they were selling live for $1.99 a couple weeks ago.
