They really do taste like cotton candy, and I believe they're actually non-GMO.

Had them at MidCity Rouses earlier this week. I can only eat like 4 or 5 at a time. Diabeetus. Apparently they have 12% more sugar than “regular” grapes. Cool novelty, but I won’t buy them again.

Costco carries them sometimes and when I'm there and they are in stock, they are a must have. Some of the best grapes I've ever tasted.
