The claim is that it brings the water to boil in 7 minutes.
I don’t use water to boil my crawfish

Yea…this thing is bad arse. 8 min to rolling boil in the wind and more than ½ full 120qt.

I always laugh when I see these and similar pots.
OweO level post coming:
I came down for my first crawfish bowl in the early 90's with one of my law school friends. We stayed at his grandparents house and they had a big bowl. We did it several times over the years we were close.
The first time I noticed how long it took to bring the water to a boil. Being an avid backpacker and mountaineer I had used heat exchangers on my pots regularly. The one I still have is an MSR and they still make them:
They go around any camping pot and MSR also made a heat reflector and windscreen which also increased efficiency. Back then I couldn't just pull a picture up on the internet and I can't draw for shite so my attempts to explain it were met with deserved derision. I had gotten close to his GF so after about the third trip I decided to have one made for him. I got the guy that did my metal fab for my cars to make a pot with a full-length heat exchanger from square Al tubing along with a heat reflector and windscreen. This thing heated water with the speed of an induction stove. I gave it to his GF who loved up but when I told the folks at the boil it would cost about $250 to have them made their interest died.
When I saw my first commercial pot with a heat exchanger I just had to shake my head.

Our product designer Todd Tunstall spent years creating energy efficient high performance Crawfish boiling pots, and restaurant cookware for Cajun Rocket Pot. Todd left that company years ago to start anew and develop an even better design, learning from the past. The goal was to develop the next generation of energy efficient high performance crawfish / seafood boilers for the commercial and the consumer seafood boiling industry.
