Deluca's. Not for the pizza (which is good. Portnoy gave an 8.something to it), but the burger. True New York steak house like burger. Long wait.

My parents bought a home in this area and we visit often. Places I've dined at and enjoyed are:

Grateful Head Pizza
Luna Bella
The Ohio Club
Superior Bathhouse Brewery
Steinhaus Kellar
McClard's BBQ
Home Plate
Melinda's Coffee Corner
Village Hibachi

Hot Springs doesn't have a ton of options, but we have found you can have a good meal there if you rotate these places.

Deluca's (call to reserve your dough and be prepared for a long wait ) and Rolando's are our go-to places

-Fisherman's Wharf was really good- might be too hot for the outdoor area, but it's nice when the weather is good.
-Rolando's on the strip is great- again, the patio is awesome. It's up on the mountain cliff, very well shaded by brush/trees
-We had a really good brunch at Eden inside Hotel Hale . If you stay there, I believe a dinner or brunch is included. Really small (8-10 room) bath house- cool vibe if you don't have young kids.
-2nd for Superior Bath House & Brewing & Grateful Head.

Grateful head pizza was good when we were there. Be prepared to park in the parking garage. Parking is limited.

Don't sleep on their sushi either. That was the highlight of my trip every year when we did Ozark.

Repost from Travel Board thread just in case you didn't see it:

If you like German food, check out Steinhaus Keller for dinner one night. It's fantastic. Deluca's Pizza place is also pretty damn good as well.

Was there about 2 months ago. Was looking forward to eating at McClards and was disappointed. There were 7 of us and we were the only ones in there at 5 pm. Bbq was not good. I had the tamale spread and everything tasted canned. Ate at Stubby’s the day before and it wasn’t the greatest I’ve ever had, but far superior to McClards. I don’t know what has happened to that place but it was nothing like it used to be.

Delucas pizza and 501 prime. The brewery on the main drag has really good bar food too.

The Pancake Shop was pretty good for breakfast, and I bought some homemade hot sauces and chow chow made by the owner's son in law. They were really good.
