This here. Out at the lake, restaurants will close early or not open at all and Hunt Bros always comes through in the clutch for late night munchies. Big fan.

Hunt brothers is terrible. The fresh made personal pizza from QT is ok. Casey’s pizza sucks. Godfathers at Love’s is ok.

The square thin crust is surprisingly very good. I'll take it over the majority of chains for sure.

The Hunts Brothers breakfast pizza is so damn good. I’ll order that sometimes for supper when we don’t feel like cooking. Hunts Brothers pizza in general is solid especially for gas station pizza

It's decent. Especially for pizza from a gas station.

I have never tried it, but their business model is interesting. Hunt Bros. has more U.S. locations than either Domino's or Pizza Hut. They sell the freezer, oven, etc. to a store for about $10,000. The store buys the ingredients from them but pays no franchise fees, royalties, etc. The pizzas start with a frozen base pie to which toppings can be added, and the process is simple enough that a gas station attendant can learn it easily.

Been meaning to try it ever since I read about it, but have not yet had the pleasure.

Let's not over-complicate it. It's serviceable and fills a niche. Sometimes your only source for hot food is John Boy's Bait and Gas Stop in Bumfrick, USA, and I don't expect John Boy to have a wood-fired brick oven built by a 7th generation Italian pizza oven builder.

I think there’s a distribution spot off I-10 at Scott. And it’s a great model. Cheap and serviceable.

To whoever equated it to gas station boudin…do you think T-Jo’s Kwik Mart is making their own boudin?

It is absolutely disgusting. My BIL covered dinner one night in GI... brought back a dozen of these things... I had to go get something edible.

The wholesale place on I-10 is at the Welsh exit, off LA99.

Fresh ones are decent, maybe a 5.5

This.

When in a remote area with few choices, order the thin crust - not bad.

It is not good other than if you are hung over on a road trip.

When I say this and you try it again your gonna be mad at me but, The crust is 100 cardboard flavored and textured. I have ruined Hunt Brothers for a lot of people by saying that because after you learn this its all you taste and feel when you eat it.....NOW the toppings on the other hand are some of the best in the business and that's why most folks do like it. But that crust is trash yo.
