How do you reheat BBQ chicken thighs?

Trying to think of other ways to reheat besides just oven. It is leaving my skin too rubbery. Perhaps remove the skin and lightly torch underneath?

If you remove the skin what’s left of the BBQ?

First world problems here. You can't be hungry enough to be that picky.

The skin is a lost cause at this point unless you reheat by deep frying.
I felt like a genius when I started using microwaves at lower power settings. Thigh on power level 4 for 5 minutes. Even heat.

You don’t. Google “warmed over flavor” for more.

Throw them in the fryer for a quick heat or warm and then torch the skin a bit.

Was coming to post. My thermador has a reheat setting that heads up meat perfectly.

Preheat your oven to 350°, wrap your chicken pieces in tin foil and heat em for 20-25 minutes until they’re hot, then open your tin foil pouch and hit em with the broiler for 5 minutes.
